1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Thermacore's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

1.1 Service Description

Thermacore provides lead generation services that connect businesses with qualified prospects through advanced targeting, social network integration, and verified lead delivery systems.

2. Lead Generation Services

Our lead generation services are provided on a per-qualified-lead basis with pricing varying by advertising channel:

  • Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
  • Search Engine Leads: $50 per qualified lead
  • Premium Display Leads: $60 per qualified lead

2.1 Lead Qualification Standards

All leads provided by Thermacore meet our qualification standards including demographic verification, interest validation, and behavioral analysis to ensure they match your specified ideal customer profile.

2.2 Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all leads meet our quality standards. If a lead does not meet the agreed-upon criteria, we will provide a replacement lead or full refund at our discretion.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required before lead delivery. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

3.1 Refund Policy

Refunds are available for leads that do not meet our quality standards within 30 days of delivery. Refund requests must be submitted with supporting documentation.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate target customer profiles
  • Responding to leads in a timely manner
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not sharing or reselling leads to third parties

5. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the leads we provide. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Thermacore's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific leads in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations must be fulfilled.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.

10. Changes to Terms
